The fully ride-height adjustable coil over kit(=adjustable coil over) contains shock absorber and spring. It's suspension kit which provides best performance whichever the ride-height if it's within permissible range of manufacturer. The kit is designed for best matching of shock absorber and spring, so you can buy with less worry than buying individually which may cause slip ride quality because bad matching. Before, that kind of coil over kits was determined as for competition with aggressive driving which gave impression as worth comfort. However you don't have to worry about them any more!
